Meeting for Worship

Our Meeting for Worship is unprogrammed.

We wait in expectant silence for the leading of the Spirit. No one is designated to lead worship; anyone may minister who is so moved. Each person present shares responsibility for the quality of the worship. It is not uncommon for a meeting for worship to be completely silent, and such a meeting may give worshippers a special feeling of participation and spiritual uplift.

We welcome everyone without regard to race, ethnicity, color, gender, sexual orientation, sex, or religion.

Children are welcomed to attend meeting for worship and our First Day School held 10-10:45am during the school year. Children join worship from 10:45-11am. We ask that parents sit with their young children.

The close of Meeting for Worship is signaled when we turn to one another and shake hands.
